    No you should not be allowed HAP again.
    Paying a small amount of rent to the Council and probably charging €400 a week to some poor sap for a room.
    Landlord was right to report. People like you give us all a bad name.

    No. You understood all the rules of HAP but you decided to sublet a room anyway so you could further financially profit from accommodation that you were enjoying at a much reduced rate courtesy of the taxpayer.
    Now you can just work two jobs to pay your own rent and let someone who wants to obey the rules enjoy the reduced rate of rent.
