Thanks for your message.

Account holders can nominate an alternative contact to deal with bills and correspondence by completing a vulnerable customer registration form on our website here.

Alternatively, account holders can contact our Billing Department on 1850 448 448, 9am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
