If your TV has a satellite tuner, it will have its own input, separate from the terrestrial aerial input.

The feeds from the dish & aerial can be combined, to save a cable run, but they'll need to be split again at the TV. (Using the same kind of combiner 'in reverse'.)

If the TV doesn't have a satellite tuner you'll require a separate satellite receiver or combi satellite/terrestrial receiver or a combi satellite/terrestrial TV.
