Hi. There is a website where you can check back on MOT history. When searching Auto trader I see they list cars with cat C, D, etc. Was wondering since they record the damage and category is there an online database like the MOT one you can input a registration and get that history?

They use Experian, you used to be able to check by pretending to add an ad to their system, so when you put the reg in it before you have to pay, it would tell you for free! Closed that loophole now though.

A motorcheck.ie report will give you full mot details. Northern Ireland mot data isn’t made public but somehow motorcheck could get it manually somehow when I queried it with them
