Hi ,

I had a great little rice cooker with a stainless steel inner pot that died on me .

I liked the steel inner pot as I am paranoid about cooking with non stick pots .

Its virtually impossible to find a new steel inner pot rice cooker anywhere .

If I found a rice cooker with a non stick pot that was roughly the same size and just swapped the non stick pot for the steel one from my last cooker would that work or is there some diffrence in heat transfer with materials etc ?

If anyone has any idea please let me know
