    The more I read on this case surely there's criminal intent verging on manslaughter by trying to keep it under wraps?

    As a rule an omission to do something does not attach liability. So for example I can stand at the waters edge and watch a child drown and there is no criminal liability absent loco parentis.

    Sorry that might not be what you mean - if not then I think we're in the realms of corporate responsibility?
