I like Pepsi Max better than Coke Zero

I was just thinking to myself, I've never watched a movie with "The Rock" in it. I don't understand why anyone would.

Coke, but only from chilled glass bottles.

Fritz cola is infinitely nicer than either of those 2.

Neither are great but in a choice between the two I'll have Pepsi.

Club Orange or Lilt for me, please!

You should have the Diet Pepsi instead of the Diet Coke,” I say. “It's much better. It's fizzier. It has a cleaner taste. It mixes better with rum and has a lower sodium content.

I did the Pepsi max challenge last week. You're blindfolded and you taste coke, Pepsi max and I think normal Pepsi?

Anyway the coke tasted vile and the Pepsi max was delicious! I must buy some because I drink coke but only get Pepsi in fast food restaurants when it's watered down so that's probably why I never liked it.

The Coca-Cola with Lemon was quite nice, as was the Vanilla version. Coke Cherry tastes like a poor mans Dr. Pepper however :p

I cpuld never find coke vanilla anywhere, was it basically like vanilla essence and coke?

If you're using it as a mixer you should definitely go for a diet Pepsi, It's much better. It's fizzier. It has a cleaner taste. It mixes better with rum and has a lower sodium content.

Yep, that's basically it. Slabs of cans of the stuff tend to show up in random places like Dealz or €2 shops. Worth getting a can or two to make up your own mind on it!

I don't drink minerals whatsoever. I never made a concious decision to do this it just naturally happened in my early thirties. I find all sugary drinks totally disgusting. Lucky me.

It's the choice of a new generation.

I like when people call them ‘minerals’, My father still asks if I want a tin of coke.

The vote seems to contradict the general consensus in the comments.

Can you still get Jolt Cola?
That was the Red Bull of its day.

    I'm very suggestible.

Just recently watched My Own Private Idaho for the first time in a very long time and River Phoenix asks for extra crispy french fries and coca cola and sure that's all I could think about since, so made some tonight followed by a can of the coca cola classic.

What about Mecca Cola. Is that still on the go?

    My choice is:

Coke has changed a lot over the years in Ireland. But in the US it changes by state, EG, Texas coke is like Irish diet and Florida coke is way too super sweet and when you come back to Ireland our coke is then like diet in comparison...

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,172 ✭✭✭EPAndlee

Not a fan of either since I stopped drinking coke the later realised how bad it tastes and pepsi is just as bad. If I had to choose it would be coke

Remember many years ago (20 odd), seeing and buying 'new' and 'classic' coke in some of the States. Think the story was the recepie changed (new), and was not as not as popular. So they also sold the old recepie, as Classic Coke, along side it.

Have seen Classic Coke on sale here and in the UK. Not sure if a Marketing or a recepie change though.

What I miss though is the ocassional Coke Life. Shame it did not take off.

Both of them are horrible in my opinion since they changed the recipes in the recession, sadly this goes for Dr P as well.

Dr. Pepper. The sensible agnostic choice.

Very rarely drink soft drinks anymore - but coke definitely. Cherry coke kicks ass:D
