Do people have a preference for any particular fertilizer brand or is there any difference in the quality and effectiveness of different brands??
I got some last week and ended up with a mixture of Grassland and Target.
Never used Target before, is it any good.

Usually Target that's stocked locally here and I find it grand but wouldn't be comparing it against much either

Ya mostly grassland here, target is grand too. Yara is one that seems to go hard

I find tis the fertilisers with sulphur in it would tell the good from the bad. Can't remember which one had the better ones but got two different types of sulpha can last year and one was easily spread the other one was always blocking more dusty.

Same as. Use it the whole time.
I'm local to the company though so good service.

It's interesting to see how far the brand is traveling across the country.

Gouldings is a brand popular up here also.

I wouldn't be a fan of grassland fertilizers. Find them very dusty.

Yes found it dusty stuff aswell.
This is a pallet of 50kg bags l got last year. Notice the difference in the colour of the granules from diff bags on the same pallet. Would make u wonder.

Personally, l find Gouldings very hard bet.

As far I know grassland and grassland agro are not the same. I find grassland agro marginally better. Agree with you about gouldings.

I was in a shop last year that had both types of (target ) fertilizer ! Slow acting and fast acting as yer man was calling it . One was CAN and the other was 10-10-20 .
The same shop had smoking pipes , socks and lamblac all on the one shelf , I should've taken a picture .
You would never think this place stocked fertilizer from the outside

Afaik yara manufacture their own the rest import and blend other companies products. The fertiliser cartel would give the beef processors lessons in controlling a market. A greater shower of gangsters wouldn't be found in any other industry in the country.

Grassland and grassland Agro are two of the one I'm nearly sure. Grassland is a shareholder in grassland Agro

I avoid grassland Agro whenever possible. Find it very dusty as well. Spreader is always dirty after it. I find Goulding’s a way better product. Their all way too expensive though

Yara ccf is the only one to use. Not in every granual. Very little dust.
