Getting part of a chimney for my folks done as water is getting in down the Brest of the chimney, previous crowd used silicon for the last fix!!! What kind of cost is reasonable for this type of job. Its a high chimney and they need roof ladders but sill accessible ? Also, the lead used on the old job is still in good…
