Wipers engaging traction control

Have a 2005 Seat Leon and over the past few months it's developed a fault.
When I turn the wipers on it engages the traction control. Every time the wipers go the car slips and after a few wipes the TC light turns on.
Has been intermittent but for the past week it won't go away.

Any idea what could cause this, I did read one forum that said it could be wiper motor but wondered if anyone else experienced the same problem and knows a solution.

    HELP!

Get an auto electrition to check it out.

Could be a simple fix such asloose connection or cables have spliced or been cut and are touching.

    Could be a module also.

My guess is water has got in under your wipers and is running down onto the traction when when wipers turn.
I have being known to solve afew problems
