Rural area, lines were upgraded a few months ago. When I put in post code in to website it says it's available and have been told it's now an option. But if I try and order I have to put in my address, website then tells me efibre packages not available, so can't order. Can somebody help with this

    Hi Ghost Train,

I'm very sorry to hear about the issues you've been having and I apologise for any inconvenience caused.

If you could send me your full address, including your eir code I can have this looked into.

    Thanks

    Thomas
