As a matter of interest what tyre pressure are you running for your triathlon training? I have 25 mm tyres and run 100 psi but im thinking its a bit high given the state of the roads in this country.

Depends on many variables - the road, your weight, what level of comfort you require, etc. I usually use 100 psi as a ballpark but would go as high as the manufacturer recommends in a race.

Edit: Should have said that the tyre pressure you use in training doesn't matter anyway as long as you are comfortable.
