Anyone know how much a water for a 1.4 07 Astra costs? Should I change the belt to?

Are you looking to know how much the part costs? Or how much parts + labour will cost for a mechanic to do this job? It would be advisable to change the belt I would think.

If ur changing the pump u might as well change the belt. Anything from 130-200. Micks garage or mister auto online would be the cheapest. Labour anything from 100-300

Since you posted in DIY, do you intend to change pump and belt yourself?

I wouldn't mind giving it ago. But I don't want to knock the timing out

On a 1.4 astra the water pump is driven by the aux belt not the timing belt (they have a chain). Its not a super hard job by any means but the engine mount etc have to come off and they use female torx bolts which can be a pain for a DIY effort. Pumps are about 70 for a decent one and labour would be around 70-100 to fit + new coolant.

so no timing issue when replacing the belt

No, nothing to do with the timing at all
