Plumbing cost new bathroom Cork

I'm putting in a new bathroom downstairs. I have all floor and wall chases complete. I am supplying all the sanitary ware and a plumber is quoting me 1660 incl vat just to plumb the bathroom. (Install shower, hang vanity unit, install wall hung toilet). Is this very high?
