Move from Fair Deal to Home Care

    Good morning,

    I'm wondering if anybody has experience moving a relative from a Nursing Home (under Fair Deal) to Home Care?

    Our Father has been in a home for 5 years but we have decided to move him home and have a sibling be a full time carer with HSE hours supplementing.

    I'm wondering if the process is straight forward or are there lots of hoops to jump through and if anybody has done it what time frame?

    He is in a wheelchair and we are hoping for the full 21 HSE hours.
