Following on from the thread about calling your parents by their first name, what do you call your in laws?

I call mine by their first names, as do their other daughters/sons in law.

I have a few friends who've been together/married for 20+ years though who still call their in laws "Mr and Mrs Surname"

Mentally I call mother in law various other names, but that's a different thread entirely!

I call them by there first names, I don’t call anyone “Mr. X” or “Mrs. Y” once I’ve been introduced to them

I've always called them by their first names. I know of someone who calls hers mam and dad or "my parents". I think that's a bit weird tbh.

Have to say if I ever split up with himself, I'd certainly rejoice in the fact that I'd never have to see his mother ever again.
Father in law is a gent though.
