Just wondering if anyone has any success finding a property to buy other than using Daft or MyHome. Any hidden gems of websites/agents or any other tips ?

Just make sure you have alerts set up and you're checking daily until you're in the door - and yes that means keep viewing after you've gone sale agreed.

You *MIGHT* get an EA to let you know of new stock but I doubt it.

We bought our house after seeing it advertised on Green Valley Properties, rural property specialist based in Clare http://www.gvp.ie/
