NMCO Evidence Required Letter

Applied for a renewal of our medical cards online and had our application rejected and a notification to say this letter has been issued. It will not let us view a PDF of the letter, and I can't find any information online as to what it means apart from some mention of us emigrating? My husband has lived in Ireland his entire life, and I have lived here since I was 3 years old (born in the UK to Irish parents). Any ideas?

I've not received the letter yet - it was issued on the 11th of April but online services give no description of it and will not allow me to view the PDF. Just thought someone might know what it means. We supplied all the evidence so it's baffling.

All it means is you applied online (national medical card unit) and evidence required simply means they need extra information for your application

They never got in touch with us and after fielding a ridiculous amount of calls, they claimed all our documents were illegible. We re-sent them and apparently now because our claim has been open for so long, if there are any more issues they are just going to cancel our cards and make us start from scratch
Third random selection for review in the past 18 months.

Abandon your online application and fill in an actual hard copy application and send it in with all the documentary evidence.
These online reviews are a failed experiment that just messed up the system.
