Re entering a struck out case

    When a case is struck out by a judge because a guard hadn't shown up. The case had previously been marked peremptory to the state. The case is being re-entered because the guard said my solicitor said they hadn't disclosed all documents ( which isn't true). Where does a person stand legally?
