Has Bank of Ireland stopped replying to letters?

    Two letters sent to BOI over the past 3/4 Weeks (the second being a follow up letter) and STILL no reply and not even an acknowledgment

    Extremely poor service, have you stopped replying to your customers via mail?

    Next stop financial omdudsman I guess
