Are you based in Dublin? Check out the Dutch Bike Shop in Clonskeagh for top end utility bikes - comfortable upright bikes with cargo boxes or pannier racks.

CycleBike on Mary Street, just off Capel Street, also offer a good variety of bikes beyond the usual road, MTB, and hybrids.
