THe what ifs and buts

The whats ifs and buts, what if in the end... Pulse FM got licensed to broadcast to Dublin, or Energy?
Or if and but, Dublin got itself, in this day and age a dance license, with something like Non Stop 90s behind the wheels....
We had Pulse, Vibe and Club apply for a license and never return
Add your own what's if and buts !0
