    Hi all,
I'm having issues with my house alarm (Napco XP 600) that seems to point to a faulty KeyPad. (all LEDS flashing) usually this means there is no polling between the control panel and keypad but all the connections meter out fine.

My question(s) is, if I just replace the keypad for an identical one will I have to reprogram the system..?
ie: is the keypad the brains of the system or will it download previous settings from the control panel ?

    Thx
