Greenway Bike Hire Quality

See there are a couple of places in Newport/Westport hiring bikes for the greenway. Looking at hiring a bike for a 5 (nearly 6) year old. Has anyone hired kids bikes from them and if they have are they gates or at the better end of the spectrum for kids bikes ?
