Now that growth has finally kicked off here, ive had a serious invasion of docks throughout my silage ground and what looks like the start of buttercups. Would hi load mircam be a good cost effective spray or am i better go with doxstar pro or has anyone any suggestions on whats the best option out there. Regardless of what im told i dont think theres anything out there that eliminates docks completly.

Reaper is good for docks ime and cheap too. Do them now and in the aftergrass.
Reseeding and getting them as seedling eliminates them completely imo

Used both reaper and docstar. Does reaper only kill the leaves? Thought I got better kill from docstar in that when came to 2nd cut silage there was alot more docs after reaper when compared to docstar. Think doc star twice a year has great results

I've used Reaper with great results. I pair it with Lupo and my fields end up weed free for 2-3 years. It can get a bit expensive but your silage quality will more than make up for it. There's not a weed in any of the bales I've opened this winter and the animals eat up every bit of it(unless it gets wet or snowed on!!!!). It's also nice to never have to pull ragwort in your silage fields. And the most important part it gives the grass a better chance to grow and take up the fertiliser, no reason to lose money supplying weeds with fertiliser.
