Vet thinks my dog has a pinched nerve in his back. Dog is on pain relief and he seems much brighter. Has anyone experienced this, if so how long was the recovery time? I have limited his activity after the vet advised this.

He is an almost 9 year old maltese.

+1 Our vet for years before she moved.

Bailey gets laser therapy now and the results have been crazy. I was a bit sceptical but decided to try it and it’s made a huge difference with his pain. He’s had the initial course and gets it every 4 weeks now. He lies down and gets treats the whole time so loves it lol.

Cara Vet in Ballycoolin. Very handy as a nurse does most of the sessions (you do 6 to start with) so quite flexible appointment wise compared to only being able to see the vet.
