    Hey guys

    currently i am out of 3 and a half years 1 year homeless ,1 year dole and final year DA, out of work

    has anyone any good explanations to a recruitment agencies to why im out of work that long , or anyone being in the same situation ?? i dont like explaining all that on the phone and was wondering if anyone had better explanations ?

    If you were on Disability Allowance then that would explain why you were unable to work.

    yes , thats true , but i am seeking rehabilitative work at the moment

    I think tell the truth. On DA, unable to work but now am well enough to work. On a rehabilitative for now but hopefully full time soon.
    Honesty is best policy.
