    Butter and a hot pan, for about 30-60 seconds a side tops

    Its meant to be eaten at room temperature, if you fry Tuna it will turn into sawdust.
    Hot smoked Tuna is already cooked as part of the smoking process.
    Make a Salad Nicoise that would be my advice.
