Possible to take up and re lay carpets without damage?

Our house is a new build, and our carpet fitters did a very nice job laying the carpet for us. unfortunately the floorboards underneath werent all properly screwed down and we have a lot of creaking in some of the rooms.

Ideally id like to have sections of the carpet taken up and the subfloor properly secured, if i got carpet fitters back to take the carpet up would they be able to relay it as well second time around?

That was me. Don’t think Bryan was on those forums but I’m OEM t correct in from him.

i would get the carpet guys to take it up and put it down again.
