Hi all Just after being approved planning permission for a 2200sq ft dormer. I have 13 years experience working on site's. Qualified carpenter , groundwork slabbing insulating ect. I'm not in construction anymore but still do a bit I'm looking to get a mortgage for a self build . I have 30k saved for deposit . My question…

Hi all

I'm looking to get a mortgage for a self build . I have 30k saved for deposit .
My question is has anybody built a house recently with a breakdown of costs .
Site clearance/foundation
Block walls
Roof
Windows and doors 8 Windows double sliding door and front door
Plastering
Plumbing underfloor heating with A2W 2 bathrooms and 1 ensuite
Wiring ect ECT
I know every house is different but a rough guideline price would be of great help
