Skewer problem

Did the cliffs of Moher challenge on Saturday and had an unusual problem. The skewer on the rear wheel loosened itself 4 times with the skewer in the locked position. Only noticed when getting out of the saddle that the rear wheel started rubbing. Stopped to tighten as I said 4 times and it still came loose. Anyone have…

Did the cliffs of Moher challenge on Saturday and had an unusual problem. The skewer on the rear wheel loosened itself 4 times with the skewer in the locked position. Only noticed when getting out of the saddle that the rear wheel started rubbing.

Stopped to tighten as I said 4 times and it still came loose.

Anyone have something similar happen?

Wheelset is prime 38 disc carbon on a specialized roubaix disk

Buy a new one. There's no real adjustment/maintenance on Skewer's.

Are they Prime skewers? I read about something similar with Prime skewers over on bikeradar...I think.
