Im terrible for keeping unnecessary receipts in my wallet and it ends up being too big to fit in my pocket.

I did a clear out today.
I found a Costa Coffee receipt from 2015 for an Americano.

    Whats in your wallet?

I have an egg in my fridge from 2014.

Unrelated obviously but I don't have a wallet.

People keep receipts in their wallets?

Oldest thing in my wallet is a loyalty card for a barbers I haven't gone to in over 3 years.

A stub for a postal order from 1993 for one of those book clubs where you'd get five books for £2 or whatever.

I don't have a single receipt in my wallet. I'd never have receipts in my wallet

The oldest thing in the wallet is a battered donor card.

And if any of you don't have a donor card in your wallet or purse - please get one.

I hate clutter, I have the bare minimum in my wallet, loyalty cards are a major no no.

Credit card, debit card, health insurance card, drivers licence and creche access card plus a small amount of cash is all that is in mine. This was the smallest I could find so far that was usable and not too finicky, I had a clip and a card folder wallet but they were really annoying when dealing with cash.

I still have the receipt for my first insurance from 2000 - IR£3,885.85 for Quinn Direct. I put that through a reverse inflation calculator and it came back as about €7,500 today. It seems like lunacy to pay it but it was pretty much the only choice I had at the time given some difficult circumstances.

I abhor clutter. There's nothing non-essential in my wallet.

The drivers license card allows you to have the 115 donor code put on the back if you wish to become a donor which is handy as you'll almost always have it with you if you keep it in your wallet. You have a point though, in 2015 the RSA said about 4 out of 10 drivers decide to become donors. Far too few.

Well the oldest recipe in my wallet would be:

Step 1: Remove paper note from wallet.
Step 2: Purchase pint from bar.
Step 3: Return notes to wallet, place coins in pocket
    Step 4: Drink pint.
Step 5: Repeat steps 1-4 until wallet contains no notes.
Step 6: Wake up the next morning with a headache and a pocket bulging with coins.
Step 7: Place coins in drawer.
Step 8: Go to ATM and withdraw notes.
