Not sure if it is a bug or not?

When replying to a PM via Full site the original PM you are replying to will be quoted and included in your reply, however when replying via Touch there will be no quoted original PM, is this deliberate or a bug?

It's always been this way on Touch so from that point of view it's not a bug. If you want to include your received message in a PM reply while using your mobile, you have the option to switch to the responsive site which will quote the initial message in your reply.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
