Hi, I just bought an item on ebay, it was listed for €126 plus €20 shipping. I paid for it in full and ten minutes later I got a message from the seller saying that he recieved my money in full but he just checked the listing and the shipping was €40, so I have to send him another €20 before he ships it. That can't be allowed? It says nothing of the sort in the product description? Should I pay it or demand that he sends it for what he listed it as?

Go by whatever the postage was listed on the product listing, his problem if it ends up costing more.

If he refuses, just file a claim and get your money back.

Unless you want to pay €40 shipping that is.

Thanks. No I don't want to pay that much, as it is I'm buying something used for the price of a new one so :D

Get on to eBay support do not contact the seller direct if he's asking for more cash. The contract goes both ways

Because they're sold out everywhere and have been for a while.

I emailed him back anyways and said I wasn't paying anymore, he never replied but I recieved it yesterday, fingers crossed it works now lol
