No HR strap included, it's Garmin mount compatible, have a stem mount that I'll include. I bought this on Adverts last year for €50, intended as a back up device for long distance events but never used it so shifting it on. It's got all the functionality of a Garmin 500 device from what I can see.
Asking the €50 that I paid for it, open to sensible offers, for collection in Dublin 18 or can post for the right price.
