    Hi,

My cpu fan is extremely noisy since I got it and it would give you a headache. I got a program called core temp and its says the temp is 76 degrees when just chrome is opened, is that high?. Is there a better fan I can get as its seriously loud.

Yes. It's loud because it's not installed correctly. Even with the stock intel cooler, that's twice as high as it should be when doing simple desktop tasks like web browsing. The problem isn't inherently the fan, it's the way its installed. Either no thermal paste used, or it's not clipped in properly.
