Cúirt is probably one of the more expensive student accommodations and so doesn't really have many first years staying there, it's mostly older students, but it's literally a stone's throw from Gort na Coiribe so you're bound to get to know a few people between the two spots. The apartments in Cúirt itself are supposed to be really nice from what I've heard.
