Risco Agility 3 alarms system

    Hi,

We had this system installed a few years ago. The system has been alerting that batteries have been low for sometime now which I largely ignored as the alarm continued to arm as normal.

I checked the app and it is reporting 'Battery low - control system'. Has anyone had experience replacing what I assume is the backup battery in the panel? Advise onreplacement steps would be welcome.

I also noticed that the 'Event History' has not logged any alarm activations (all accidental) but 'Errors' continue to be logged - I presume this is tied into the low battery but I'm puzzled as the panel is wired into the mains still.

    Thanks in advance.

Why do people ignore these warnings,?
They are telling you of a problem that needs your attention.
I would recommend replacing all sensors batteries together along with the panel batteries also.
Yes, the panel is mains powered but it requires a battery back up as well.
