Junior Cert - Home Economics

    Quick clarification required.
    My daughter is doing junior cert home ec this year and is practising the cooking practical at the moment.

    She is preparing a starter and dessert but my question is how long does she have to complete this. She's working on the basis of 90 minutes but does this include preparation such as measuring and chopping?

    It seems to be quite tough to do all inc prep in 90 min.
