Perfect Prep Machine and formula quantities?

    Hi

I'm about to use a perfect prep machine, using aptimal formula.
    Machine dispenses by the oz.
So 4 oz is equal to 114ml approx.

Aptimal is 4 scoops to 4oz or 120ml
Using Google, someone said that aptimal told them you can use either, 4oz or 120ml (even though they are technically different)

So my question is, will it be much difference to my baby having the formula that little bit thicker/stronger?
    Anyone have experience of this?

    Thanks

Those machines are not a good idea. They don't sterilise the formula properly.
