Can anyone tell me what criteria the tester will judge a driver on for their car (cat b) driving test, how it is marked and what is required to pass? A marking scheme for the driving test for lack of a better term.

    Thanks.

They don't score against the car. It's either legal to be on the road, in a road worthy condition, or not.

Do you not have an instructor to discuss this with?

I'm talking about the test marking criteria not the car itself.

I assume the tester has a checklist he will use throughout the test and I would like to know what is on it, the significance of each item and what needs to be done to pass the test.

    Here are the marking guidelines:

However I think reading into that too much is a waste of time. It will not help or improve your driving. You need to work with an instructor to do this.

An instructor should be informed of the current criteria. There's a lot to go over on it.
