    Anybody know what pressure should be on the gauge and in the expansion vessel.

    Roughly, Single story .5, two story .8 bar

    Do the vessel first and with no pressure on the gauge. As you pump up the vessel the gauge will rise, keep dropping this back to zero as you pump the vessel to required pressure.
    Then pressurise the gauge to about 5% more than the vessel.

    All above is assuming everything working as it should.

    Some people will go a bit above those pressures to allow for a rad being bled every now and then without having to go repressure system every time.
