Can it receive calls from landlines?
Maybe it's plain up and broke?

Just ring eir and ask for I.P. Freely; he'll know what to do.

It's unlikely to be all mobiles. Maybe a routing issue with a specific network.

Have you tried turning it off and on again,?

Calls are not being routed from the mobile network to the landline.
Can an Eir mobile call it?
    Can Voda etc call it?

Sounds like an Eir problem to me. Easy way to make it their problem unavoidably is find someone with an Eir mobile and lodge a complaint.

That does actually happen from time to time around here. Strange, I know.

Everything I don't like is either woke or fascist - possibly both - pick one.

If she calls one of the mobiles on her landline is the number that shows up the same number people are dialling?

Check if the mobiles can call a landline.

Then get that person to ring her with the messages.
