Hi, you'll have to tell us more about your problem.

Is this a Windows laptop you are using?

Are you using a web browser to view your emails? If so what browser?

What type of email do you use? Gmail, outlook, Hotmail, yahoo etc?

I signed into my own outlook account to have a see if I can understand your problem. Outlook does display adds to the right of my screen. And this is normal.

I would think a reasonable move would be to try and download and install Google Chrome. Which is a internet browser produced by Google. It's a slick and easy to use browser and it should give you a true view of your email.

Here is a link where you can download:

    https://www.google.com/chrome/

Download and install Chrome and try accessing outlook with your email address and see if the problem persists.

I would also recommend you run a virus scan on your machine.

Let me know how you get on.

No worries at all. I'm determined to help you out now!

My next bit of advice is to install this plugin. It is an ad blocker. It does exactly what it says on the tin, blocks all ads on the web. Open Chrome and click on this link and click install.

    https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/ublock-origin/cjpalhdlnbpafiamejdnhcphjbkeiagm?hl=en

It's a very good add on and I would recommend it even without your current issue! Give it a go, and see if it helps.
