15gb Plan only getting 11.129Gb

    Can anyone explain this? When I check my usage it says ..

    Inclusive Date 15Gb - 4.639 of 11.129 GB

    And it seems I only have the 11.129Gb rather than 15.

    Joined mid month? That's 23/31 of 15GB, implying you signed up on 9 March.
