Dismounting and remounting SAB

I have an issue with my HKC Quantum 70 SABB...even though ALL batteries have been replaced anew I get a message and fault announcing low power. I've tried almost everything even swapping the battery pack from another SABB.

I'm now going to try taking the SAB off the system through engineer mode and add it back on through the engineer menu again. Could someone tell me if I need to leave the door/tamper open when the SABB is being taken down off the system and also when I get the system to search for the SAB and when found then close the door/tamper?

    Thanks in advance

Hi. Yes To add a wireless SABB on to a Quantum enter engineer mode.
    >Open the SABB and plug in the battery pack to power up.
    >Leave Lid Open
Goto the Devices Menu. Then RF Devs Menu and select Add & Id RF Devs.
Then, add and identify the device as RF-SABB.
The keypad displays Devs Found - 000 when it starts scanning and as it finds its first device the display will
change to Devs Found 001. When the system has found all its devices, press Quit.
Now close the device tamper switch by closing the lid.
As you close the tamper switch you will hear an audible indication asthe device
    is identified by the system

Thanks Koolkid....I suspected that demounting and remounting the SABB may have solved my issue of "false" low battery fault. Sadly it hasn't.

    Thanks in advance
