    I get children's allowance paid into my bank as its a bank holiday monday will the allowance be paid tomorrow?

    Yes.

    EIT – Payment via the Post Office
    Post Offices will be closed on Good Friday 30th March, and Easter Monday 2nd April but will be open during normal business hours on Saturday 31st March.
    Payments due on Wednesday 28th March may be collected from Tuesday 27th March.
    Payments due on Thursday 29th March may be collected from Wednesday 28th March.
    Payments due on Friday 30th March may be collected from Thursday 29th March.
    Payments due on Monday 2nd April may be collected from Saturday 31st March (please note that your Post Office may close at lunch-time on Saturday 31st March and not re-open until Tuesday 3rd April).

    But it’s not due on Monday into the post office. It’s due in on Tuesday. It has never been in post offices early, only banks.
    It will definitely not be in post office tomorrow

    My apologies. You are correct.

    Child Benefit is €140 per month for each child (paid on the first Tuesday of every month)

    You have to write to them (don’t forget to put your PPSN on it) and tell them
    Name of the bank
    Location
    National sort code
    BIC
    IBAN
    Account number
    Names on the account
    All these things are on your bank statement or online banking or if you call into the bank they’ll give it to you.
    Don’t forget to sign the letter.
