Wrong endorsement on my licence?

    Hi, I just got my licence back for refusal to take breathalyser but the code says 71 followed by a 16 code ending in 22b0.
    71 falls under duplicate licence. Is this correct? Am I even safe to drive on this licence? Im not even sure Im reading this correctly.
    All help is greatly appreciated.

    71 does say duplicate

    Not sure what it would say for you. I assume licence was taken by a court?

    Dis you have a duplicate licence previously - misplaced your licence sometime in the past?

    Nope, this isnt a replacement. I'll ring them up to sort this out, Ive read a few posts about 71 being issued with the licence by mistake, I just never thought to check.
