Any more details on the course of fire? Timings, one handed, two handed etc?

We are still working out the details as the format was created by a few lads only a few days ago for the craic.
The target page has a scoring zone in the middle (75mm approx in diameter). Scores in this area are worth 8, 9 or 10. The rings outside the scoring area likewise have values- negative values. In addition there are minefields... Hit a minefield and your score at that distance is wiped out.
One handed shooting at 5 and 10 metres. Two handed at 15, 20 and 25 metres.
5 rounds at each distance. 30 seconds at each distance.
I have shot this course of fire and found it cruel. I'm a relative novice but saw an experienced shooter equally frustrated. The better shooter usually wins but the novice isn't always left behind as with other more competitive shooting formats.
