Hi, Girlfriend and I are looking to go to India, probably Goa in late Septemeber or first week in October for 2 weeks. We are hearing North Goa is a party area and South Goa is more cultural. Wouldn't mind 2/3 days of partying but the rest somewhat cultured. Budget about €4,000. Any advice on what to do or where to stay…

Hi,

Girlfriend and I are looking to go to India, probably Goa in late Septemeber or first week in October for 2 weeks.

We are hearing North Goa is a party area and South Goa is more cultural. Wouldn't mind 2/3 days of partying but the rest somewhat cultured.
